These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PenduCoder Store (the "Site") and the purchase of any digital products or services offered on it. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

PenduCoder Store sells digital products such as scripts, tools, templates, panels and other downloadable or access-based assets. All products are delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.

To purchase certain products you may need to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed on the product pages and are payable in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways; by paying you also agree to their respective terms.

5. License & Usage

Unless stated otherwise on the product page, purchased products are licensed to you for your own personal or business use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or publicly share the product files or access without written permission.

6. Delivery

Digital products are delivered instantly or shortly after a verified payment, via your account dashboard or a download link. Please see our Delivery Policy for details.

7. Refunds

Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, all sales are final. Please review our Refund Policy before purchasing.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site or our products for any unlawful purpose, to infringe the rights of others, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our products are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, PenduCoder Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our products.
